XF 1.3 Responsive Design & Windows Phones

I have had one of my members report the following to me when using a Windows Phone on the Responsive Design. Has anyone got any ideas on this?

Mobile phone browser seems to have some quirks with my windows phone. Top menu bar bounces around alot when scrolling up and down. Is this fixable by either you or some setting I need to be using?

If there's a Tapatalk signature, wouldn't that mean he was in the Tapatalk app?

I never had any problem in xf responsive design.

IE 11, Lumia 625.

We are looking at dropping TapaTalk so the members that use it currently are looking at moving over to using the Responsive Design

What style are you using with it

Default style. What style that he/she talking about? What browser? I know some browser like Nokia xpress and UC Browser had "speed mode" and can mess any style.

Right now I am not sure what the member is using but another member reports that using Firefox Mobile they have no issues on their Windows Phone
