Can I assign a resource to more than one category? Sometime more than one category is applicable to the type of resource. Thanks in advance.

If it is absolutely essential for the situation you are in, you could add prefixes to use on resources. Note that you cannot have more than one prefix per resource, but it is an option you can take.
The only other way would be to create a second resource, but that wouldn't be ideal?
