Not a bug ResourceItem.php has Unexpected contents

I uploaded a new file but still get the Unexpected contents.

Unexpected contents means that the hash of the file does not match the hashes.json file.

It can't be a bug, it just means the file contents have changed or the hashes.json file is wrong.

Oh now I see the problem, it's not the Resource manager file, but my own add-ons file. I wasn't looking at the full path.
