XF 2.2 Resource posting settings - Possible?

Just setting up the resource manage and was just wondering whether this is possible.

User posts a new resource which is moderated before going live.
Once reviewed and accepeted, the user is added to a new usergroup that can post in the resource manager for the duration of being in the usergroup with no moderation.
Once the time period for being in the usergroup has expired, the user will require their next resource to be moderated.

There is a promotion criterion for 'User has submitted at least X resources' but there's nothing built in which would demote after a certain time period.
