When you see the resource overview, the credit for the resource author is found only in small text in the right hand sidebar.
Obviously we see the author's Avatar in the discussion, and a miniature avatar is shown in the list of resources, but in the actual overview it is very understated.
My suggestion is:

My suggestion is:
- By default the icon there should show the Author's avatar, unless they override it with an icon specific to the resources.
- "Submitted by" should be there as the first line of the overview
