Adding an option in the Admin CP to require that new registrations from IP addresses that are shared with discouraged IP addresses are added to the approval queue with a 'shared IP with discouraged member' flag.
Adding a second option in the Admin CP to require that new registrations from discouraged IP addresses are added to the approval queue with a 'shared IP with discouraged member' flag..
Expanding the scope of the approval requirement to include the discouraged function would mean that members who are savvy enough to try and get around a discourage by creating a new account would have a harder time doing so.
