XF 2.3 Repply Editor Missing after 2.3 Upgrade

I tried to upgrade to 2.3. I ran into a bunch of issues (but figured them all out) except one.

There is no editor showing in the reply box under any thread so people can not reply.

I reverted back to 2.2 until I can get this sorted.

I am using bunny.net for my CDN and cleared the caches there, as well as cleared all the caching on my server.

I would like to go back to 2.3 but need it to work. Any ideas? I saw another post about this but it appeared to be a cloudflare issue and I do not use Cloudflare.

I have actually seen that happen in 2.2.16 but it was quite sporadic and seemed to happen to individuals (e.g. me) rather than globally. Might have been a Firefox issue because I haven't seen it since switching back to Chrome but that's not certain. Now on 2.3.2 and everything is good so far. Certainly have not seen this issue.

I've had one of my members tell me they no longer see the editor or post area since upgrading the forum to 2.3.2 a couple days ago. He's using a 1st gen iPhone SE, ios 10.3.2.

You should try disabling add-ons as well, but it's impossible to diagnose the issue with the site reverted. You may wish to create a test site to troubleshoot any issues.

got the same issue, updated to 2.3.3 from 2.2

and the editor is missing, added a new style. i cant find where the option in the CP is to turn off rich text editor or wyswig mode change?

EDIT, should of mentioned i turned off all adons, checked the config.php file, and then turned off cloudfare and cleared all cache, but still the same.

Disable RocketLoader in your Cloudflare settings, or set $config['disableRocketLoader'] = true; in your config.php file.
