XF 2.1 Reported Conversation Messages?

Since April 9, I've received three reports involving the same user in reference to something labeled, "Conversation message in 'Hey'".

The user in question joined my board two years ago. He's only posted three messages in that time and is still under moderation until he's reached my requisite post count to be upgraded to regular status.

I received the third report today. All three reported messages appear to contain nonsensical text. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do or how to handle them. Are they some kind of automated safeguard? Is the system trying to tell me he's a bot?

XF does not have any automated reporting system.

The person reporting the content is displayed below the report as the first comment.

This is the one I received today. It looks like they're reporting a conversation but I don't know how to act on it since we can't see conversations.

The reported content is the post from the conversation.

Any other posts from the same conversation would have to be separately reported.
Or you can be invited to the conversation by one of the recipients (if the option is available).
