Reply Box / Rich Text Editor

I know that in the style properties > Message Layouts > Rich Text Editor Content you can modify the input area of the rich text editor, but I was wondering in which template the whole reply area and the display of the top and the input bit is controlled in? I tried using quick_reply.css but that affected the other posts.

This bit is the bit I mean - the whole of the fast reply area:



If it possible to style this area without affecting the appearance of the actual posts and such?

I'd also like to know where to go to style the top of the rich text editor (the bit that is gray)?

Thank you, Jake, for your help. I usually find Google Chrome's thing doesn't always help me though which is why I ask here sometimes too.
