It might be just personal preference, but with the addition of automatic unsubscribe mail handling, the mail settings page seems to be a bit mixed up:

Input: Bounced email address
Input: Unsubscribe email address
Checkbox: Enable VERP
Checkbox: Enable bounce mail handler
Checkbox: Enable unsubscribe mail handler
Bounce-trigger settings

I'de prefer related settings to be grouped together:
