I just realized my license for Xenforo had expired, I could have sworn it was 140.00 a year to renew? Or is it the 55.00. Also, how long can you go and still have access to renew your license.

It is $40 (+ VAT) to renew your license, plus renewal costs (+ VAT) for each extra you have associated with your license.

You can renew your license at any point. There is no time limit.

I think it's $40 for the forum and then $15 per official addon extra?

If you live in an EU member state you will pay a 20% sales tax (VAT) on top of your purchases. This is added during checkout, you will see it on the page after. If you do not live in an EU member state (such as the US) you won't see this charge added.
