We upgraded the other day to XF 2.1 (we have not updated to the version that came out earlier today).. People w/ Mac's (MacOS Mojave + Safari 12.0.3) seem to be seeing quotes and apostrophe's rendered as follows. I've actually tried Chrome and Firefox and get the same results. A sample page in question is below which shows the issue on Mac's. I have also checked IOS + Safari and it shows there as well.. The original page can be seen here.
PS. There's a rendering goofup on the line above the 3 links in the graphic below. If I select the characters to the left/right of the goof-up in Safari anyway, it fixes it and expands it properly and it ends up rendering as it ought to..
That is a Safari only thing -- both Firefox and Chrome rendered it ok on MacOS.
