XF 2.2 Remove sub-menu navigation

Hello,

I want to remove the sub-menu navigation, i can do it with this in extra.less .p-sectionLinks {display: none;}, no problem.
But now how can i get the sub-menus always available in contextual menu ?
For example when you are in Forum pages, you'va got the sub-menus in contextual menus for Members, What's new etc... How can i get the same for Forums even you are in Forums page ?
Hope somenone understand what i mean...

Do you mean that after removing the sub navigation bar, you still get the dropdown from the active tab?

i'm not interesting by install a theme so i have to continue to investigate how to get this with adding some code in extra.less
But thanks for your answer, i know now it's possible

I may have missed something but is there any way just to remove "help" from the bottom of the page navigation? If you turn it all off than privacy and terms don't work anymore.... I just want to remove the text/link to help... appreciate any assistance!
