XF 1.4 Remove Node from Showing on Page?

I want to create a PAGE node, that shows on the navtab, but doesn't show on the list of nodes (without it being private)

I want to create a page for advertisers that has a tab on the navigation menu, but not below among the forums (that is public and anyone can read it).

Is this possible, and if so, how do I do it please?

The page going up to the navigation would be part of an add-on, so it might vary depending how that was implemented (and whether it interacts with the option I'm about to mention). You may need to check with the author.

To hide the page from the node list, you just need to disable the "Display in the node list" option when editing the page.
