Remove Existing Spam Registrations

There are number of anti-spam features available as part of the core featureset of XF 1.2 and as addons that prevent spam registrations. Is there any way to filter existing users for spam registrations and then use the batch user manager to ban or delete them?

There is built-in Akismet that will cover this.

I can see where this would help prevent registered spammers from posting, but how do I use it to filter existing registrations for banning or deletion?

Meaning those spammers that are already members or incoming registration?

Spammers already registered before effective anti-spam measures were in place. It seems it should be possible to run their email addresses and registration ip addresses against one or more of the anti-spam databases as a filter and send the list to the batch user manager for banning or deletion.

There are no filter options such as that.
