XF 1.3 Registration problems

Hello

There seems to be a problem with registration on my site I noticed it myself when I was testing the registration process. Now I have had some reports from prospective members encountering the same problem.

Please try and registered HERE

Hi

I've been trying for a couple of days, but whenever I try to sign up it says "The field " is undefined" next to the name and email fields and when I click the button it throws these errors:

  1. Please enter a name that is at least 3 characters long.
  2. Please enter a valid email.
  3. Please select a valid time zone.
  4. Please enter a valid password.

There seems to be duplicate fields yet I do not have any custom fields that match. Like 2 emails fields while one asks to leave blank?

Any suggestions?

I would first reimport the master data.

But then you need to confirm on a default style with add-ons disabled. It's almost certainly issues with template customizations or add-ons.

You can go to <url>/install/.

I would suggest that upgrading is unlikely to fix it because the conflicts will still be there. The upgrade may make it more difficult to handle as well, because the registration form template has very important changes (for honeypots).

Process has finished but it appears the problem persists?

These are my addons, not all are activated. Do you have a suggestion s as to what addon could be causing the conflict?

As a baseline why don't you disable all of them then see if registration works. If it does, re enable them one by one until you find the one causing issue.

Looks like you're running 1.3 but you have the honeypot fields showing on your style which were introduced in 1.4. More than likely running a 1.4 version of the style on a 1.3 board which could be causing issues?

Thanks guys for the responses. @Russ yes my theme supports xenforo 1.4, but it should also support 1.3 also.

What do you guys suggest, do as @thedude advised, and disable addons or simpply update xenforo to 1.4 to match the latest version of my theme?
