P Paul B XenForo moderator Staff member May 20, 2016 #2 If you are using the default PHP method, you can check where the delay is by creating a test account and checking the mail log on the server. My guess is it's between the server sending it and the recipient receiving it, as there is unlikely to be any delay from XF's side of things. Upvote 0 Downvote
