Hello XenForo community. My website is launching soon but the staff can't signup with ease as I have to set the profile to valid, I have to do that because the registration email isn't being sent.
There are no errors just the email doesn't get sent.
Have you changed how XenForo sends emails in the email options? If you're using the default mail system (PHP mail()) and there are no errors logged, then the mail would have been handed off to your mail transfer agent on the server. At that point, any deliver logs would be available there but you need to root server access to read them (often /var/log/mail.log). That should give you a better idea of what's happening.
