Registration Bug

Hello

I recently installed the Reneue theme from Audentio on my forums and it has been running smoothly and beautifully. However there is a crucial bug during the registration process, including duplicate fields and it not being able to recognize them. Here is an example of what I mean: http://i.imgur.com/yTiJ5l7.png

If this is a known bug, or if you know how to fix this problem, I'd greatly appreciate assistance or feedback!

This is more than likely due to outdated templates, an incompatible style for the version of XenForo you are running, or an add-on.

I've disabled all of my add-ons to see if they were the problem, however they were not. I do indeed have 2 outdated templates, however when I try to merge them by hand this happens:

You will need to identify the necessary changes and manually incorporate them. You can view the differences between the custom version and the current parent when editing the template. (Merging requires knowing the shared "base" version of the template and when you get that error, the base version isn't known/available.)

Just noticed also that it appears that you are using 1.3.3 of XenForo. Be sure that the style you are using is not the new one for the 1.4.x branch of XenForo. That has presented problems for some people since there were some changes in the templates (if I remember correctly the registration portion specifically).

I managed to update one of the outdated templates, however it's not letting me update any other templates. Do you think you could take a look @ https://www.dropbox.com/s/givhphojxithls8/H0137UB.mp4?dl=0 and see if that's how you're supposed to do it? I would really appreciate itw

https://www.audentio.com/shop/view/XenForo/reneue-34 is the style i'm using - on that page it says versions 1.3 and 1.4, however I'm not sure which version i'm using. Is there any way to check?

For whatever reason, that video page has now crashed Chrome twice, so I haven't been able to view it. You really just need to view the custom changes and identify which set of additions/removals/changes are "new" ones that need to then be integrated (by adding to your custom template).

In terms of your style and version, you would need to ask the author for guidance.
