Why is curser all over the place when trying to register on iPhone? Tried on two different phones?

Also It looks like no one can register via devices - can’t type either? Is this normal? Also see it even does it on this forum when trying to register. I would assume this is the norm?

I am able to reproduce this on here, perhaps this should be posted in bugs @Chris D?

It only happens in portrait mode, landscape mode is fine.

It’s a browser bug in iOS versions prior to 11.3
