There is no permission or option for normal members to edit thread titles.

In my forum，a lot of normal members want to edit their thread titles，and I would like them edit thread titles.
I think, if there is something to control this feature ,it will be better.

My forum members are asking the same question whether they can edit the thread title they create.It's better if xenforo can add a permission or option for mormal members to edit thread titles they create.
