XF 1.3 Registered feeds importing duplicates

I have been using registered feeds for a while, and always change the set number to import to 1.

Since updating 1.3.6, it is importing 1 entry, but multiple times. Screenshot attached.

This is likely related to the feed data. It may not provide a unique identifier, thus we have to generate one (from the URL I believe). If that changes, it appears to be a new entry. Can you provide the feed URL?
