XF 1.5 Regarding Follows, email notifications

Hey everyone --

I've got a number of questions, and I'd love to find answers for all of them, if possible:

• Is it possible to have private following? That is, have say an Admin or Moderator silently follow another user without them receiving any type of notification?
• Is it possible to be emailed when someone I follow posts?
• Is it possible to allow Moderators to change usergroups for a profile, but keep it to only specific ones they can change?

Another question: Is it possible to add text fields to a profile page for users like the about me section, but say multiple boxes like that?

You can add custom user fields to that area, though they don't currently allow the same level of formatting as the about field.
