MG 1.1 redirects

Hi again
I imported all my media from Photopost to XFMG and obviously I have anew url structure so previously indexed urls do not work.

I have seen on my CP page that I can use the archived import log to redirect to the new urls created by XFMG

There are two options

1. Enable [xfr] User Albums => XenForo Media Gallery Redirection
2. Enable [8wayRun.Com] XenMedio => XenForo Media Gallery Redirection

beneath each option it says

Enter the name of the import log table you saved when you completed the import. Remember to disable or uninstall the add-on once you have activated redirection.

Being a novice with this kinda stuff can somebody advise

Is the the best way to do it?
What add on am I disabling or uninstalling?, is the XFMG and why would I do that

I understand that my site is going through a re-index with search engines, should I just ride that out?

Out of the box, XFMG only supports redirecting old URLs from those two add-ons listed there.

It doesn't support importing from PhotoPost Pro.

There is some redirects available to download from here:

These are for the vBGallery version of PhotoPost so they probably won't work for PhotoPost Pro.
