XF 2.2 Redirect as default when merging two threads

Currently, on a forum the default when merging two threads is no redirection.

Where/how do I change this to make redirection of the old thread the default?

Edit the helper_action template.

Change the text 'none' on line 74 to 'permanent'.

As is always the case, if templates which have been edited change in a future release, you will be prompted to deal with it by merging, or reverting and re-editing.
