Will the paid recurring members I have on my 1.5 forums seamlessly move over after upgradding to 2.0 when it comes out?

Yes, they will.
All of your existing data, members, posts, threads, user upgrades -- everything will be in tact after the upgrade because it's just a normal upgrade.
It's mostly only add-ons and styles that won't survive due to the entirely different code base.
