Recording and documenting moderator actions in post and thread actions

When a moderator deletes a post, there are 2 potential fields to fill in. One is for the reason for the deletion and administrators or moderators with appropriate permission can view this, and the second is to send a personalized notification to the user who wrote the post. For example, you could write to them "Your post was deleted because it contained illegal content". This notification is not intended for anyone, and apart from the user who received the notification, there is no way for the administrator or moderator themselves to later see the notification that was sent.

I suggest that in the moderator's diary, alongside the moderator's actions, the same notification that was sent to the user when an action was performed will also appear, so that it will be possible to systematically track the feedback sent to users.
