XF 1.5 Recent Activity page not showing all website activities

My website's 'Recent Activity' page not showing all activities of the website to registered members. Only admin can see 100% list of activities going on on the website.

I want registered members to be able to have 100% view of activities listed on the Recent Activity page.

Any advice on how to fix this?

Visitors to that page can see whatever content they have permission to view.

What are some examples of content you can see as an admin which a regular member can't?
