Where do I enter my public/private key for reCaptcha?

Hmm. a bit surprised that wasn't inside the Control Panel itself, but I guess that's something that will be slated in for the future

You don't need to enter your own. I suppose if you have really specific reasons to do so. What is provided will work for everyone.

Isn't private key called private because it's possible to bypass captcha check if you know it?

No, the private key is just used to get the response from the API. You still have to enter the correct value and get the expected response from the API. (And you can only try a specific captcha once.)
