XF 1.4 Rebuild Threads from CLI?

Is there a way I can rebuild threads from the command line? I've got a huge installation that is going to take several days to do via the web interface, and it occasionally times out and won't restart from the same place.

If anyone knows if this is possible to do in 1.4, that would be great .

Also, if it's not possible to do this from the CLI, is it possible for force a rebuild from a certain thread_id?

@nrep the rebuild process uses the deferred system. @Mr. Goodie2Shoes's addon GoodForNothing Shell Defer could be fairly easily modified to grab those types of deferred tasks and run them in the background for you.
