XF 1.5 Really need help with blank sections in Admincp

I cannot narrow down what is going on here and I have had this issue before and couldn't fix it.

Here are the examples of what is happening:

I have disable all addons and enabled just the donation one (see the first example) and have done the same with the user import and export (see example 2)

If an XF staff member could login to check it out as well that would be greatly appreciated.

When did the issue start?
Was it after making any changes?

Try rebuilding the master data via the /install URL.

I have tried rebuilding the master data and I honestly only noticed today when someone had donated and it didn't display (i have a ticket open with audentio on that).

But yea like I said I have had this issue in the past and could not figure out what could have caused it :/

On a seperate test I even installed the donation system and the user import and export only and they are just fine.

My current installed addons (removed about 5-6 others but kept this main ones there):

I am willing to give an admin login details if assistance can be made that way too.

If you submit a ticket with ACP and FTP log ins I can take a look.

If the admin log in has 2FA enabled, make sure you disable it.
