XF 2.2 reactions - emojis don't work

Regarding the forum that was upgraded a few years ago to version 2.25
At the time the owner did not use reactions with the emoji, he was content with the simple like button.
Now he asked me to make it possible to have several options for emojis, so I marked on the /admin.php?reactions/ page all the emojis that would be active, but for some reason on the users side they don't appear at all.
Is there another place that needs to be changed for this to work?

There are user group permissions for using reactions on posts, profile posts, DMs, etc.

Ensure you have allowed those for the Registered user group.

I checked the permissions analysis for 'React to posts'. Everything is approved. But in practice, even the administrator cannot

What is the response when you navigate to the equivalent of https://xenforo.com/community/posts/1745359/react?reaction_id=1 on your own site?

Add react?reaction_id=1 to a post URL to check.

I ran a file health check and it said the file health check results were OK.
I wonder what else could be causing this..
What file is responsible for this? Maybe I accidentally changed it?
