Rate Media Option

I do not remember where is the option to rate the media without commenting mandatory
Please help

It's the "Require comment when rating media or album" option. (You can use ACP search to find it.)

I have this unchecked, but the software is still requiring me to comment before I rate.

The comment box will be presented, but you don't have to leave a comment. It's optional with that unchecked.

But if it's presented, it makes one think one has to leave a comment, especially because that's how it is with the resources add-on.

It works the same way in the Resource Manager.
