The status of the sidebar will be saved in a cookie.
So if your users hide it, they don't see it, until they want to show it;)

Excellent work Ragtek I really mean that. Which leads me to my next suggestion, I know I'm asking alot so feel free to tell me to get lost.

Recently I've been seeing some nice examples of jQuery usage (animations on hover). I was wondering how difficult and pending this peaks your interest is when you toggle i find currently the animation is very choppy. Using jquery to get a nice smooth animation effect so it feels smoother when it's being toggled would seriously be a nice addition.

I know I'm asking alot and understand if you decline this suggestion so I'll end by saying nice work on the latest update.

you must change your username to superman amazing job

I tried it now ragtek and there is a slight positioning problem with flexile:

caps1.webp

Not with other themes though. Is there some css options we can add to extra.css to correct it ? Thanks.

Nice job :)

This add-on must just hate me I've tried to get it working but to no avail which is a shame because it's one of two features I banked on having for my site (which at this rate I'll get online in 10 years time). I've just had to uninstall it again and regretfully have to give up on this one.

Thanks for creating this anyway Ragtek.

I have the same cookie issues, as soon as I refresh the page it turns back to sidebar view.

i've forgotten to change the template ( to increase the version) so it's maybe not reloaded:(

"The status of the sidebar will be saved in a cookie" don't work for me.
If i stay on my site with same page, it work, but if i close and re open a new page, sidebar is always open.

I've tried it now on xenfrench.com and it's working fine for me!
