Hello,

Quoting embadded media in posts dosen't show "Click to expand..."

Here is a testing thread, I tried to qoute the Twitter embadded media in an new post but I do not see the "Click to expand..."

After editing the post and click save I can see "Click to expand..." but when I refresh the page I don't see anymore the "Click to expans..."

For Twitter embeds, there is a direct way of sorting this. They return a promise that we can use to detect when the tweet loads.

However, for other embeds, I've now added a more generic system that hopefully should prevent this is virtually all scenarios.
