Fixed Quoted-post length limiter triggers on a short post

If the quoted post is long enough to trigger the 'length limiter', but short enough to not expand the block of quote, then label to 'see more' will appear but clicking it will do nothing.

I can't reproduce it on Chrome, Safari or Firefox (all up to date) for Mac OS X 10.8.4.

As you can see, the quote is not expanded. But if you edit:

Can you try with a Firefox v17 on Windows? It may be a unique combination of browser/OS.

XenVetana style, and yes I just confirmed it happening.

You should update Mozilla Firefox, then, to the current version.
