XF 1.4 Questions about Image Compression and Resizing

Back in the vB days if you uploaded an image that was too large it would resize and compress an image. Is that possible with xF or is there an add on to do such?

An example.

2000x2000 2.5mb jpg is uploaded and xF or an addon resizes to 1200x1200 1mb.

Resizing the image which is over your maximum allowed width and height is a default feature of XenForo.

Admin CP -> Options -> Attachments

I have my width and height set to 1600 x 1600.
