XF 2.1 Question on time limit for editing posts

Would setting a really high limit for time on editing posts cause performances issues for the site? Say something like 30 days?

Nope. We just compare the post date to the current date, so whether the limit is 1 day or 300 days it makes no difference.

Becareful with long editing time, it can really change the flow of a thread if people edit much more than a couple of hours.
