The only outdated template you should get with any of the 1.5.11.0 products will be message_user_info, should be able to automatically merge changes to fix this one :)
 
Using now Quark and Antiquark on my forums, my users and me are really happy with the look and feel.

One minor complain. When getting new alerts, the background of the alerts "balloon" (top left - dropdown or whatever) is transparent, which looks kind of strange. This changes to nontransparent after some seconds. Couldn't find the css or code for this behavior and I would like to change it to always nontransparent. Maybe someone can give me a hint where to look. Thanks in advance and thanks for the good work.

well, I have been getting support via tickets from @Ian Hitt, nothing to worry and the support has been top notch. I wanted to inform the team about a *minor* issues with 1.5.13.0 release. Please follow the attachment

Well, this version is bugged. The loader won't stop loading on the top right, pages would come blank at times (empty menu no text, empty shoutbox), poor load times even after minimizing CSS and HTML.
I want to get back to 1.5.12. @ThemeHouse how do I do that? Just replace the files via FTP or file manager? or there's more to it

Would you be able to create a ticket on this issue so that one of our developers can debug it for you please?
 
Hey everyone, I just purchased Quark.... Installed it on my site, http://rc-uo.com

I get the message: "Please reinstall or reactivate the UI.X Add-On to regain functionality of your board."

What add-on? I only installed this style... Is there an addon I'm supposed to install as well?! Thanks!

That add-0n includes all of the framework options that are included with these themes. Including the welcome block, customization options, and much more. You can find that add-on in your customer portal which also allows easy installation of the themes you purchased.

What your seeing is a placement for text that is generated when the ui.x add-on is enabled. If you have any issues please don't hesitate to create a ticket or read our documentation.
