Add-on Quaderno support (payment tracking processor)

Hi,

I'm currently a registered business within the EU and I comply with certain tax regulations. For those of you who are aware of the MOSS system, it can be quite a pain to comply.
Anyways... I've found a payment tracker which does it all for you. I need XenForo integration for it. https://quaderno.io/docs/

If you're accepting money and you're a registered business in EU, you need to comply with VAT regulations anyways. I think this system is ideal.

XF2.0 has a long way to go and I'm definitely not planning to switch straight after a stable release.
