XF 2.0 @qq.com emails

I have been told by my members that @qq.com emails they don’t receive the email confirmation so they always have to register with another form of address, why is that?

If you're not getting any errors related to email sending, then further details would either be found in the email bounces (assuming you're receiving those) or in the raw server mail logs (which will require root to access). If there are no bounces or the mail log indicates the mail was handed off successfully, then it will be something on the QQ end (and could be going into spam folders).
