XF 2.3 Push Notifications Blocked

I replied to a similar topic back in June but got no replies so I'm trying again. Can someone tell me what browser settings in Safari might be causing me to get a message "Push Notifications Blocked" when I go to Preferences? Also, I get "Push Notifications Not Supported" on my iPhone with iOS 17.5.1

Push notifications don't seem to be working on my iPhone. I have the website added to home screen as PWA, but haven’t received push notifications. In my preferences, it says push notifications are unsupported. What am I doing wrong?

Latest version of iOS and latest version of XF (2.2.13).

You tried forcing a phone restart ?

Force restart iPhone

If iPhone isn’t responding, try forcing it to restart.
