Add-on Pull the first image in a post for social media sites

Does anyone know a way to pull the first image of the post when sharing to FB or Social Media Sites?

It would be cool to have something like this. Or even a way for the admin or moderators to change the Facebook OpenGraph image for each thread to a photo of our liking. It would definitely help when sharing posts on social media.
