Social media share image when posting

I know social media changes a lot but it would be nice if when someone shared a link for my forum that it showed up on FB with an image that was designed for it so that the post looked nice.

Do I search in templates? Do I search in setup? Do I search in phrases?

And why are there so many different searches? How do I know which one to use when I'm searching for something or should I just assume that I need to search in all of them when I do a search?

Thanks, I'll test that out and see what happens when I put something in there.

Is this supposed to be a logo or can we put a full sized image in here like the featured image function on wordpress allows us to do?

I don't see any dimensions for it so I'll just test some images and see what happens.
