Fixed Public warning not showing on media

Public warnings do not seem to be appearing on media in the Gallery.

I am using XFMG 1.1. with XenForo 1.5
I have tested with all add-ons disabled (except XFMG) and in an unedited default style.
I can view public warnings that have been given on posts and profile posts.
I have tested with both embedded videos and uploaded images. On the media page for these items, no public warning shows if a public warning has been issued.

Yeah, there isn't actually any code to support displaying public warnings in the gallery. I think we'd probably ought to add that. Not strictly a bug, but I'll move it there so it gets included in the next release.

I was slightly mistaken, earlier, there is code to display public warnings, but there was indeed a bug, which is now resolved. In addition to that, I've also hidden the Warn link if the content has already been warned, and replaced it with the "View Warning" link (if the user has that permission). Thanks
