Fixed Post a public warning does not seem to work on articles

The warning does not appear in first post in article threads. But it does appear if I convert the article to conversation thread format. I am not sure if this also applies to question/suggestion thread format.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.0 RC3).

oh thanks. i hope this also fixes it for questions and suggestions threads if it applied there as well. didn't test personally.
