Lack of interest Provide option to disable Saved Drafts in Preferences

I believe this has been suggested. Don't quote me, but I also think you can set a storage time to 0 to essentially disable.
 
I'm not referring to Admin CP settings, but a setting in the User CP Preference settings, so I can disable it when browsing xenforo.com..

User Control Panel -> Preferences -> Options
