XF 2.1 Proper breadCrumb use in admin templates

What is the proper use of the following:

<xf:page option="breadcrumbPath" value="bct" />
<xf:page option="section" value="bc-sports" />

I'm trying to have breadcrumbs for my admin pages but I'm not sure how this works and haven't found any threads related to this.

Want to have things match up to other admin pages so everything is smooth and looks good.

So I went with just the normal breadcrumb syntax as it looks better and maintains a descriptive state.
