Idle button text "Proceed..." (with ellipsis) confuses me. Looks like process is already running, but it is not.
"..." makes it look like button was activated (accidentally by hotkey or automatically by software)
On some other websites I see "..." after activating button (or on idle buttons where full text doesn't fit in size)
(very-light-blue-vs-light-blue design for pressed-vs-idle button also doesn't help to remove doubts about buttons activation status)
