XF 2.0 proc_open - Can't be disabled.

Hi,

We are hosted on Kinsta and very happy with their platform - we have loads of sites on here and so moving is not an option. We are getting constant errors in the xenforo log though about proc_open being disabled when trying to email. Kinsta will not re-enable this due to security concerns. Can you please suggest any way round this? I.e., use a third party mailer like Mailgun or something?

You have to switch to sending emails using an SMTP server. Search for "Email transport method" in the Admin CP search (located at the top right corner).
